Point Value:
Each point is equivalent to $0.01 (one cent).
Earning Points:
Customers can earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases.
For every purchase, the amount less than $1 will be erased.
Points are earned based on the total purchase amount, excluding taxes and fees.
Accumulation of Points:
Only pre-tax purchase amounts are eligible for accumulating points.
Points will be calculated based on the final transaction amount before taxes and fees are applied.
Points Expiry:
Points earned through purchases have a validity period of 1 year from the date of acquisition.
Points will expire and become void if they are not redeemed within this 1-year period.
Point Redemption:
Customers can redeem their accumulated points towards future purchases.
Redemption can be done in whole or in part.
Points can be used to offset the purchase amount at the rate of 100 points for a $1 discount.
Points cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of currency.
Eligible Purchases:
Eligible purchases include any products or services offered by Geward, subject to any exclusions or restrictions as determined by the Geward company.
Point Tracking:
Geward will maintain a record of each customer's points earned and their respective expiration dates.
Customers can inquire about their points balance and expiry date at any time.
Changes and Updates:
Geward reserves the right to modify or terminate this points program at its discretion.
Any changes or updates to the program will be communicated to customers through appropriate channels.
Points Transfer:
Points are non-transferable and cannot be combined with points from other accounts.
Point Disputes:
In case of a dispute regarding points or their redemption, the decision of Geward will be final.
Abuse of the Program:
Geward reserves the right to revoke or cancel points earned through fraudulent or abusive practices.
Applicable Laws:
This points program is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
By consuming the points, customers agree to participate in this points program, abide by these rules and any additional terms and conditions set forth by the company. Geward reserves the right to make changes to these rules as necessary and without prior notice.
